How often does PulseGuard check my websites?

The check frequency depends on your subscription plan. Free plans check every 5 minutes, Pro plans every 1 minute, and Expert plans every 30 seconds.

Can I monitor internal services?

Yes, for internal services you can use our device monitoring agent which allows you to monitor resources that are not publicly accessible.

How do I install the device monitoring agent?

After adding a new device in the dashboard, you’ll receive installation instructions specific to your operating system. We provide agent installers for Windows, macOS, and various Linux distributions.

Can I customize alert thresholds?

Yes, PulseGuard allows you to set custom alert thresholds for response times, SSL certificate expiration, CPU usage, and all other monitored metrics.
